Looking for Volunteers to Make Book Fair Successful!

Literacy Partners

RPE’s Literacy Partners program pairs trained volunteers with students for 15 minutes a week to read together. Students work with the same volunteer all year, building confidence and reading skills!

We’re matching students with volunteers now and still need a few more helpers. Interested? Here’s how to sign up:

Visit education-connection.org and click the purple “2026-2027 Volunteers REGISTER” button.
Click the yellow new user button, register, and select Leander ISD and River Place Elem.
Return to the homepage, click the green background check button, and complete the steps under Leander ISD.

Already have an approved LISD background check? Forward your approval email to dbadmin@education-connection.org

Once approved, you’ll receive an email from mkcrouch3@gmail.com with next steps.
