Dads of Great Students

WATCH D.O.G.S. brings fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other father figures into school to support students, help staff, and serve as positive role models.

Volunteering is a meaningful way to experience your child’s school day while making a difference for the entire RPE community!

What Do WatchDOGS Do?

Depending on campus needs, volunteers may:

• Read with students and help with classroom activities.

• Join students at lunch and recess.

• Assist staff with hallways, entrances, and traffic flow.

• Encourage and engage with students throughout the day.

How to Get Involved

1. Apply: Complete the LISD Volunteer Application and receive approval before volunteering.

2. Connect: Contact James Jarvis at james.jarvis09@gmail.com to coordinate next steps.
