Thanksgiving Lunch

Please come and join your student Thursday November 14, 2019 for a Thanksgiving  Lunch.    All visitors will need to check-in at the front office.  Be prepared to show an ID at check-in.  In order to help make your check-in go faster, please pre-register for the event at the link below:

Pre-registration for this event will be available until
Tuesday, November 12th at 3:00 P.M.  
 
The cafeteria is only able to accept cash or check.  Exact change is preferred for cash.  No bill higher than $20.

The Thanksgiving Lunch is a fun River Place tradition.  The students really enjoy having their families come join them
during their lunch time. 
 
...but, it is a busy time and takes a lot of volunteers to run smoothly!

We need volunteers to help with:
- Decorating/Setting up the Cafeteria and MPR
- Food Servers
- Drink Servers
- Dessert Servers
- Clean-up
 
If you are a lunch server, please plan to wear "sensible shoes": no high heels, sandals or open toed shoes may be worn.
 
* Thanksgiving Lunch shifts are as follows:
10:30-11:30
11:20-12:20
12:10-1:15
 
* Please note your child's lunch time (below) before signing up for a shift so that your volunteer shift doesn't overlap with your child's lunch time.
 
Following are the lunch times for each grade:
Kindergarten: 10:45-11:15
Third: 11:00-11:30
First: 11:30-12:00
Fourth: 11:45-12:15
Second: 12:15-12:45
Fifth: 12:30-1:00
